The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page
seven, section twenty-seven, beginning on line twelve, by striking
out the words "by the commission of every pari-mutuel racetrack
authorized by section one, article twenty-three, chapter nineteen
of this code to offer West Virginia Lottery racetrack table games"
and inserting in lieu thereof the words "of every licensed
racetrack to offer West Virginia lottery racetrack table games
under this article";
On page nine, section twenty-seven, line twenty, by striking
out the words "those counties that have enacted the Local Powers
Act" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "a county described in
paragraph (C) of this subdivision";
On page ten, section twenty-seven, line seventeen, by striking
out the words "those counties that have enacted the Local Powers
Act" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "a county described in
paragraph (C) of this subdivision";
On page eleven, section twenty-seven, line sixteen, by
striking out the word "subsection" and inserting in lieu thereof
the word "subdivision";
On page twelve, section twenty-seven, line sixteen, by
reinserting the words "which is hereby";
On page twelve, section twenty-seven, line sixteen, following
the words "created", by inserting the word "continued";
On page fourteen, section twenty-seven, line five, following
the word "article" by inserting a comma and the words "except as provided in subdivision (2), subsection (a) of this section";
On page fourteen, section twenty-seven, beginning on line
